Let us talk about the whole making lemonade out of lemons adage. It is possible. Sure it may be sour, but why not forget about being irate and focusing on where to place the blame and redirecting your energy and not necessarily your anger; reinvent yourself into an optimist—take on that challenge with zeal. There is no need to wallow in your sorrows. Stewing about your situation will not change it; it may only increase your anger in the long run thereby perpetuating a sickening cycle of pain and hurt. Go out, get a big honkin’ pitcher, gather the bright and beautiful lemons and redesign the sourness of it all into a sweet and tasty treat.
