I’m going the route of switching to Tricare REserve for my family and my self and wanted to ask you what your experience has been. I have civilian insurance and are paying about 60 more than with Tricare Reserve plus alot of pharmacy charges for my wife who is dealing with a chronic illness. Has the change worked for you. I’ve definitely seen this and go out of my way to avoid it. I feel its especially bad with the officers wives. A lot of us think that we’re better because of our husband’s rank…um I’m sorry aren’t our husbands the one with the ranks? Its not a joint thing! When really I have so much respect for the enlisted wives! It is difficult to make friendships between the two (officers and enlisted wives) because of fraternization but it can happen. Can’t we just support one another?
